This public housing project is one of the largest in the city, accommodating hundreds of people.  

Commissioned by the city council, this project was built with young families and students in mind, offering studio, one, and two-bedroom apartments for sale or rent. The development, which was completed in 2010, is twenty-story high and contains 150 apartments.

 

Faced with strict building rules and a relatively-modest budget, this project was one of the most complex projects our company has designed. We used eco-friendly materials and implemented state-of-the-art construction techniques, always adhering to strict health and safety regulations.
